I really don't like Geek Square personally because you pay taxes on your warranty, but when you have to use the warranty they don't include the warranty.

I HATE PURCHASING THESE EXPENSIVE EXTENDED WARRANTIES ONLY TO HAVE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS DIE RIGHT AFTER THE WARRANTIES EXPIRE. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW UPSET I AM WITH PURCHASING A MICROSOFT SURFACE PRO THAT WITH TAX AND WARRANTY COST ME NEARLY $3,000,00. I ONLY USED THIS MACHINE FOR MAYBE A YEAR WHEN I TURNED IT OFF AND IT SAT FOR A YEAR NIT TURNED ON AND WHEN I NEEDED IT I WENT TO CHARGE AND POWER IT ON AND IT WOULD NOT WORK NO MATTER WHAT GOOGLE TRICKS TOLD ME TO DO. I HAD TO SHELL OUT THOUSANDS MORE FOR YET ANOTHER COMPUTER, MONEY THAT I JUST DONT HAVE RIGHT NOW. I DID NOT PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY ON TNIS ONE. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER SURFACE PRO IN MY LIFE.

Purchased this protection plan for my eufy lock but I haven’t used it yet because my lock is working perfectly.
