It’s an amazing experience to be a part of Best Buy.

Always get this service on anything that I buy, learned years and years ago that it is a must. It gives me peace of mind and they are so easy to deal with when there is an issue!

Its good but my away blinking light's and sometimes it does not detect my cat away goes to the red light blinking, its ok but I have to get my hands dirty!

I Wanted My Amazon Echo Device To Be Under Warranty, So I Purchased Geek Squad Protection. However, I Just Purchased My Device So I Haven't Had Any Issues With It, But I Recommend Purchasing The Warranty To Be Safe.

I do a lot of my electronic shopping at Best Buy because of the Geek Squad. Had a new Dish washer installed, this guy was amazing. One man show. Took about ½ hour from time to setup , install and test and gave us brief intro to the new Bosch.If this guy had a helper he would have been in his way...

I always buy the replacement policy with my products from Best Buy because the replacement policy is great if something happens

[Employee of bestbuy] I purchase Geek squad protection on just about everything and it has ALWAYS been worth it. It makes everything easier and I always get great service if anything ever happens to my electronics.

Easiest smart lock I have ever installed. I have been through 3 smart locks and each on was a pain to install. I got this one, and had it set up in 15min. It's made of thicker metal, and easy to setup with the app. This is lock is worth every penny.

Decided to purchase a geek squad extended warranty for my new level lock as the old smart lock that I'm used has a lot of issues and have to return it 2X for a replacement. But to no avail, it still had the same issues. Having an extended warranty gives yoy a peace of mind whenever you encounter any issues with the purchased products.

They fix my stuff quickly, sometimes they have to order parts but not their fault.

Greek squad service is great to have in any item especially on electronics that could go down with a virus.

Always buy a warranty. Better to buy and not need it. Unlike Walmart and other planes like them they use a 3rd party service. Bestbuy does warranty in store. Only have to use a warranty a hand full of times but has always been great

[Employee of bestbuy] Great product, make sure to buy during a sale. They will retail for around 105 at the lowest. The previous gen models are not worth it compared to what you get with these.

Haven't had to use the protection plan yet but it's a great place of mind if anything happens I'll be covered!
