Decided to purchase a geek squad extended warranty for my new level lock as the old smart lock that I'm used has a lot of issues and have to return it 2X for a replacement. But to no avail, it still had the same issues. Having an extended warranty gives yoy a peace of mind whenever you encounter any issues with the purchased products.

Geek Squad is my favorite thing ever in my kitchen.

Often the protection is not used but it never fails when you neglect to get the protection something happens. When needed Best Buy makes it right.

Always buy a warranty. Better to buy and not need it. Unlike Walmart and other planes like them they use a 3rd party service. Bestbuy does warranty in store. Only have to use a warranty a hand full of times but has always been great

I really haven't had to use this yet but just knowing that it's available in case puts my mind at ease. I bought it because every once in a while, I can buy something and have a problem so I just wanted to be ready in case no matter if I never need it. For me, sometimes a friendly voice can help fix an issue before needing to return something.

The Geek Squad team is a lifesaver! Would definitely recommend for products that you've never had before or that are a little more costly. 10/10 recommend whenever available with purchase.

Haven’t had to use this yet, thank goodness! Have used the Gerk Squad in the past, which is why I purchased this coverage. Squad members are invariably knowledgeable, reliable and polite. As we all know, people tend to get a little touchy when their their electronics have shall we say a hiccup, that we don’t understand.
