I bought a stove to be delivered and installed and best buy called me the day before that they couldn’t do because of the snow storm that day. Which I understand, but then pushed my delivery to almost 2 weeks back. They told me that someone wad going to call me to reschedule but nobody did and I had to fit my order myself and now have to wait longer. Don’t know why they didn’t make the effort to fit me in somewhere closer to the real delivery date. Storm only lasted one day.
