Forgot to leave us tool to change battery. Total of 26 calls to Customer Service and my son ended up ordering the new Security Screw thru Amazon! I waited 3 different days when Customer Service said someone would come to our home but no one did. I will never trust this company to do anything!!!!!

They gave me no explanation. Installer and remote agents are no help in solving simple issues. Remote agent very unprofessional. Unfortunately, this has reflected very bad on this company. I want nothing else to do with BEST BUY. You are truly an embarrasment.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly speaking I had a geek appointment over 2 months ago and no one called to cancel or never the less to let me know about my hp tablet back order so to say was totally lost and I lost a little over 2 months of my membership of geek squad and total tech not a good look I should be compensated for that as well for my inconvenience and also had to cancel my original order of my hp tablet no longer available so got a lenova is all in details on my receipt’s which the corporate or someone should take the initiative to fix the mistake Best Buy made it was out of my control
