No idea how is the service because i didn't have to use it.

Really not a bad price for a four year replacement warranty. I purchased the product replacement for the ALC Security Camera System that I purchased for my parents. Unfortunately I wasn't pleased with the camera system and returned it along with the Geek Squad plan.

Haven’t used it yet . But it was worth it for the price

Not been in use 8 months and has already stopped working

Not sure how useful this is have not used it. However years ago i bought a tv and had to pay more than the tv was worth in order to get it fix and I had coverage. But they installed my washer and dryer without a problem.

i was told i'd have to send my items out before i could recieve my replacements and when its for something like a phone i can't really do something like that hence the bad rating.

Outrageous Customer Support! The Product requires ten-Metal Lithium Batteries. The Contents listed on the Packaging indicate the 10 Metal Lithium Batteries are included. They are NOT ! Five Cameras requiring 2 Metal Lithium Batteries each. The blink security camera system may be a great system, but then how would I know? OPEN THE BOX, CHECK FOR BATTERIES WHEN THE PACKAGE CONTENT IS MARKED AS 10 METAL LITHIUM BATTERIES are included.

The one thing I have asked for help with no one was willing to help me with.

4-Year Geek Squad Product Replacement. I will save my opinion until I need to use it and see if there are any problems at that time

Not helpful. Instead of fixing things they want you to upgrade. One item I ended up fixing myself. Waste of money. Took a few things in and never fixed anything.

Good in that it paid for itself on a computer repair and a complete data transfer from one computer to another. Bad in that once the data was transferred from the computer it was no longer useable.

Had several appliances under warranty, they did repairs. The repairs did not fix. Warranty cost? Good. Warranty service? Not so much

I had the worst experience with Bestbuy over the last month. I purchased almost $2k in products and I have not received my rewards. I am a Best Buy elite member and I have not been to get a supervisor in the phone. The representatives in the call center are the most rude and unprofessional people I have ever spoken to. I don’t know what changed but this is not the Besbuy that I know.
