    Would be nice to know that if it’s used then the 4 year replacement is void and only valid for a one time use.

    I don't like Geek Squad because of the simple fact; they don't give you back your taxes when you have to use your warranty to return your product.

    They just doubled all there fees even for existing customer. You can find a better and more ethical solution then Ring products

    Wish the Geek Squad would be on the same page. When you have to get them out for more than 2 times I would say they should replace the units you bought or get a big credit for a replacement.

    I have tried to get help with my ring camera and my blink cameras, both have the geek squad protection and I have not gotten any help at all. I get the run around, no option to go into the store with it or to send it in. Just do same trouble shooting steps then they ask for pics and then no one ever ever ever calls me or gets ahold of me at all tonresolve issue. Geek squad is a joke now

    Not happy that you can only use the insurance once after they replace it the first time you have to buy the insurance once again.

    I will never purchase geek squad again. its useless. I was falsly sold this arlo door bell by a bestbuy agent, he said "there is no subscription and it works great" when the free 3 months subscription was over this Arlo door bell became a garabge and useless. Geek squad would not do anything unless its physically broken I guess, which is not the case. why its so difficult to retun items to best buy?

    We cancelled the plan when we started having a minor problem and wanted the geek squad to check them as we were told they would do. When we called for service, they told us we had to take the camera down and bring it to the store. Was not happening.

    BB personnel never trouble shooted the issue on the Nest Max. Instead they simply wanted to replace the item with the a new one, unfortunately that would void my newly purchased 4yr protection. I had to return the item via Google that is still under warranty. And hold on to Geek protection for future use if necessary.

    We bought these before we moved so once we got into our new house and one of our cameras malfunctioned i was told i couldnt get it fixed unless i took it to the same store i got the product from. So i guess its great as long as ur commited to the same locstion for 4 years..

    I almost never use it & now i hear the plan has way less benefits including the best one is no longer a benefit. Delivery & installation is no longer a benefit

    I called Geek Squad for help in registering my phone. Purchased April 28, 2023, including Geek Squad . The geek squad guy did not know how to help me with registering. Help! Please

    I was having an issue with my speaker - returned the original and got the exact same product- echo show 15. didn't realize the cashier cancelled this product - paid for the 4 yr plan and used it once. That doesn't add up to 4yrs.

    Bought this with my 75" Sony TV. Did absolutely nothing to help me out when my kid accidentally broke the screen on the TV. Save your money not only did I loose the TV I lost the money spent on this service. This will not cover accidents.

    I went in to get this replaced and this woman blantenly cancle my warranty after i told her specifically not to now i have a broken he hub u all lie and not one person tries to help u lie lie lie and thats not okay

    I didn’t get the product yet. After 15 days of ordered i communicated with best buy. They gave me the partial refund for thermostat but didn’t refund my Greek squad replacement amount.

    didnt use it but once. found out i could do the same thing they did and the store lied. i asked them if it would cover fixing a laptop hardware and the guy said YES. that was the reason i got it but when it came time to take my laptop in thats when they said oh, it only is for software. boy i got screwed.
