Every time I come in they are right there to assist with anything I need at all and recently opened a credit card due to a staff member opening up my eyes and allowing Best Buy to forever hold a top spot in my heart! “God bless Best Buy!! and no place else” !!!!!!

4 years worth of waiting for anything to go wrong with my product and the ability to trade it in/get my money back if it does? Great deal! Especially for devices that are on all/most of the time, I highly recommend this service!

They looked at my product and they were able to determine that it needed to be replaced. Replacement processed fast and I even purchased another plan for my new cameras

It is a good idea and option to buy the protection plan because one is never free from any failure or malfunction of the products and for the most part the factory warranty of the products is very limited so it is preferable to spend a fraction of the value of the item and have the assurance that you will be covered; I already had some experiences with other products from which I bought the Bestbuy protection plan and the truth is that I never had problems when enforcing the insurance, it is a good idea and investment.

I would definitely protect your investment with the product replacement plan. It was so easy. My arlo cameras started to not hold a charge. They wasn't working properly so we took them in to our local BestBuy and they replaced them. Not a hassle or a question asked.

The ability to buy in store or online and have the issue resolved at a nearby BestBuy is an awesome experience.

This warranty is a full year longer than the 3 year warranty offered by the manufacturer. Well worth the money for the extra piece of mind for an item that is pretty expensive.

Don't think about it just get it. Especially for more expensive hard to replace purchases because when something happens they will fix or replace it. You insure your house and car so why not this, especially as a one time cost. I do wish they would find a way to reward the customers who don't need to use the plan like letting them use the cost in the form of a reward after it expires toward an upgrade or other item.

Best buy plan is really excellent you can be guaranteed you product is going to get taken care of!!! Your on the 1 of the great plans.I never had a problem with this plain. Your going to get the best services for your money.
