There is no better warranty support than Geek squad. This is the main reason I shop at Best Buy. If I am not sure about a products reliability I will buy it from Best Buy even if it isn’t the lowest price.

Any electronic item like a vacuum or my litter box geek squad is worth it!!!

They mounted my tv, installed my washer and dryer, my door bell cam .Very satified.

Great plan, helped protect me against products that stopped working at no fault of my own or best buy.

Decided to purchase a geek squad extended warranty for my new level lock as the old smart lock that I'm used has a lot of issues and have to return it 2X for a replacement. But to no avail, it still had the same issues. Having an extended warranty gives yoy a peace of mind whenever you encounter any issues with the purchased products.

I don't really like that it's not like a full warranty. If the item gets discontinued in favor of a newer version instead of just replacing it with the newer version they give you what you paid for the original ro go toward something else. Considering Best Buy is a tech store and tech notoriously goes obsolete quickly combined with rampant inflation, the amount you spent on the previous item winds up falling quite short of the newer model. So even after the money you pay for the protection plan you probably will end up spending hundreds more to even get something comparable to what you had. In the end, I guess it still saved me a couple hundred over all but it was frustrating and disappointing. If I couldn't have afforded the difference I would have still been without a security system.

Id definitely recommend getting this. Its worth it.

Always great to have the peace of mind that comes with Geek Squad protection. Have had to use numerous times in the past for various issues and always satisfied with the care and service provided.

I haven’t had to use GeekSquad yet for the cameras but I’ve called on them for other electronics. I was told to bring the laptop in to the store.

Always buy a warranty. Better to buy and not need it. Unlike Walmart and other planes like them they use a 3rd party service. Bestbuy does warranty in store. Only have to use a warranty a hand full of times but has always been great

I really haven't had to use this yet but just knowing that it's available in case puts my mind at ease. I bought it because every once in a while, I can buy something and have a problem so I just wanted to be ready in case no matter if I never need it. For me, sometimes a friendly voice can help fix an issue before needing to return something.
