Most warranties from any store are only for 1-2 years. Best Buy gives you a better warranty (2-3 years), Best Buy warranty allows you to bring in the item, and it is replaced with a new one. The other warranties make you send your product to the manufacturer.

Geek Squad was a amazing service. They saved and fixed my computer. Totally worth it. It was nice knowing I could get help when needed throughout the year.

The product replacement is great. I had to take advantage of this as my TV went out a couple years ago. There were no questions asked and they replaced it.

Excellent protection for my Google nest hub max. I can play it how I like & never worry bout the sound, my old Lenovo supported Google unit bit the dust, but because I got it a Costco- they let me return within my first year of ownership.
