Purchased this protection plan as a just in case something goes wrong. I would prefer to deal with Best Buy hassle free rather than the manufacturer because they can be a pain!

I am a big supporter of the Geek Squad service. Came on time and did exactly what I needed in the install of two out door security lights and related solar panels.

Totally worth the annual fee. I was able to receive free or discounted services with this subscription. I also had my car radio installed

I always buy the geek squad protection plans. I just had to use one on a radar detector and as simple as bringing the item in and getting a store credit for price paid!!!

You can never go wrong with Best Buys geek squad service. I always purchase even though to date their products have outlived them. Money well spent for that extra security.
