Some of the geek squad members are very unfriendly. If a customer has an appointment, you shouldn't overlook that to take a customer who has a "quick question." There's never a quick question in that area.

Would give 0 if possible. Absolutely no help. Hours of calls transferred to 8 people first day 11 second day finally was hung up on. Never able to make it work with new tv. Last woman said the geek squad I paid for does nothing in terms of getting assistance in making it actually work. 2nd tv swap as 1st had processed issues. Would never suggest anyone buy anything from Best Buy. Are not even allowed to speak to Amat actual store. They don’t care once they have your money. All agents on phone are non English speaking and their only go to advise is processer problem. Highly dissatisfied. Never again

So far I've used my geek squad protection plan only once for my TV sound. I had no issues with receiving a gift card to purchase a new one.

Only replaces item if not bought on sale. If purchased on sale will only refund money spent on product not value of item purchased.

Did not acknowledge me while standing in front of staff For a very long time… Called Best Buy staff to hand off my service needs and did not bother getting details …

I haven't had to use it but I have used it for other things in the past and found that it's really helpful to have geek squad for a certain things. This nest camera is definitely something I would use it for.

Bought Geek squad protect on both of the Quest 2 headsets which weren't released until 10/13, and received on 10/13, yet the protect plan started on 10/08 and 10/09 ..??? Not Fair.

I got this so I could be secure in my purchase if it broke. I feel that the prices should be lower on the warranty's you seem a little greedy.

Geek squad is a really good plan to have I just don’t like every time you use your warranty you have to keep buying a new one when you get your game system replaced

The machine is hard to lock the pint container in place, therefore it takes multiple tries, and some prayers, to even start the process. Recipes don’t work, I’ve cream is too soft, no color - lemon and Orange flavored cream both look like vanilla. Additional recipe book purchased does not make enough for full pint, so processing is not accurate. Warranty purchased is not honored by Kevin, assistant store manager.
