Thankfully, I have never had to use these additions for my purchases. Decades ago, I did use the Geek Squad protection plan for a laptop I purchased. The free battery included with the plan (after the battery included with laptop died) was well worth the extra money spent on the plan. In my interactions with Geek Squad, I found them to be competent, friendly, professional, and easy to utilize. The good thing about BB is that every purchase you make is logged online, so there is less need to keep up with those frivolous papers that show what you purchased and when. I recommend if your purchase is more than a hundred or so bucks. It’s better to have and not need than need and not have.

Best Buy stands behind their product replacement program. I've used it before with mostly no hassle or issues. Highly recommend this option especially with products that have mechanical moving parts or products you travel with or carry with you. Sometimes the 4-year protection is needed especially on the IoT devices. Now I think this is a value overall.

Another amazing eufy product. This doorbell camera is the way to go, it’s so clear, so fast, and even has color night recording. The camera also features lights on the bottom and too and they are bright as anything!

WHENEVER I NEED TO DO A RETURN, IT IS COMPLETELY HASSLE FREE. I SUPPLY MY PHONE NUMBER AND THE REST IS HISTORY. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWESOME.

Great security camera and worth getting the version with better quality video at night. I use mine for my vacation home and it's nice to be able to keep tabs on the coming and going. You will need to purchase a subscription ($60 or $120 per year) in order to record/save events and playback video. Completely worth the money spent.

Easiest smart lock I have ever installed. I have been through 3 smart locks and each on was a pain to install. I got this one, and had it set up in 15min. It's made of thicker metal, and easy to setup with the app. This is lock is worth every penny.
