The Gerk Squad mounted the TV wuth their expertise.

But I haven't had to use it, which is a good thing.

My DVD player had defective rear speakers. I brought them to Geek Squad, who shipped them to NJ repair facility. The last tracking notice I received was dated 12/6/17, and that the items were in transit back to ME. After numerous unsuccessful attempts to reach a human in customer service, I finally reached someone who couldn't match my phone or order # to the repair. After several hours trying to locate the repaired unit, I was given an appointment and was given a replacement unit.

Geek squad does a good job would recommend this product

I would recommend getting this with any open box sale

Really bulky. I started to wire this around the house.. but once i noticed that every device has to connect to the device and that it will probably not support 8k xbox one x series I returned it

Sometimes this comes in handy, sometimes it's a waste of money.

Haven't used it yet but I've found if i get geeksquad warranty for items over $100, I feel better
