I love the award winning Geek Squad Protection. I have actually used it in the past with many other purchases. I usually manage to get the degective items, and some are repaired, but most items are replaced. The item usually stops working after the Manufacture's Warranty runs out. However, Geek Squad protects me from this. The warranty even protects me from spills. No other warranty I know of will protect me this much. I always protect my purchase investments with Award-winning Geek Squad Protection.

Protection was well worth the money. Had radio unit installed and later had problems with the unit having defects. Was able to have radio replaced without having to buy a new one all over again

I went ahead and purchased this protection just for the peace of mind. I usually don't but since the radio would have to be uninstalled to switch this product, this protection covers the uninstall and reinstall if need be.

the protection plans are are good to have just in case anything goes wrong with the item you have brought and you cam not fix it yourself.

I have bought these plans on most products and have been please with the results every time

So far no problems or need to use it but if something happened geek squad has my back.

Hope I never have to use it. No offense. But if I do, I know that I can get reliable service.

Unit quit working after 2 years. No hassel return and exchange. Would highly recommend it

The antenna was placed in a location that was often blosk by windshield frame. I moved it myself to a better location. Roof would have been better.
