Had a problem with a bluray player. First agent I spoke with said that since I had a Blu-ray she could not help me and could not set up a geek squad appointment in my local store. I asked to speak to a supervisor (since the geek squad website says "Getting Help is Easy!!!" and listed the phone number I called. SIX minutes into the call. This agent dumped me to another agent (not a supervisor) who had to start over. After asking for date of purchase, sku number for both the blu-ray player and the warranty, she eventually said she had to connect me to someone to try to troubleshoot. SEVENTEEN minutes into the call. The third person (who should have done troubleshooting, pulled up my information, mentioned that since I had a warranty, I should just take it into the store. He would NOT set up a geek squad appointment time for me. TWENTY-FOUR minutes for a call to find out that three people would not do anything to help (neither trouble-shooting nor scheduling an appointment.

I enjoyed the 4 year protection. Geek squad made me feel safe.

I was look for a replacement player .this player upgraded

Not quite sure I am convinced these are worth the cost. In 2 cases over the last 15 years have I ever used one and it wasn't really worth it. The product was outdated and I simply chose to upgrade to the newer version.

Only good when they replace your item, other than that it’s sh;t service they can’t trouble shoot anything and just send the item out

The Phone call in side is beyond ridiculous. First you contact and are told to wait , then the first contact cannot help fix problem and you are asked to leave your computer on and wait for a tech up to an more than 3 to 4 hours.. they have done more damage to my computer online then what first went to them for. I bring to store to have issues resloved and even here many times they do not fix problems on first visit. I may not use this service anymore.

This is a protection plan that luckily I have not had to use yet. I had a friend use his on something and he said it was great.

very nice tv, except keeps changing source after a few minutes after turning the power. Have to reselect the cable box.

Nice to know my stuff is insured in case something breaks so I ca know just replace or fix it.

Nice to know that if something happens to my stuff I can just replace it.
