    I bought the Geek Squad plan thinking it would give me peace of mind. First for my JBL speaker, which went out—and they completely failed to help. Then I figured I’d at least have it for my new Pioneer stereo, but now I realize the whole thing is a scam. Nothing gets fixed. They just give you the runaround, waste your time, and then send your broken stuff right back. I wish I never bought this plan. Don’t fall for it like I did.

    Can say it enough. Geek squad warranty is a must purchase. Especially for large purchases. I would always recommend geek squad for all Bestbuy purchases
