I love the service. Charles is very helpful and is excellent at installing the product. The Kenwood radio is ok but has many glitches.

Totally would get the warranty for every electronic device I buy from them. So that I can have peace of mind knowing that whatever product I buy it's well protected!

I haven't used this service yet. But I like the option of having to buy a 4 year warranty if anything goes wrong they will fix my radio system they installed in my vehicle.

They did an amazing job hooking me up with my system.

Bought this for a shelf model radio. First associate offered me the 4 year plan, second offered me a shorter one. I usually don't opt for these, but the first associate convinced me on it, especially considering I bought a shelf model.

Some say "avoid extended warranties", but when it comes to electronics, it's peace of mind if unit fries. If protection is within your budget, definitely consider it.

I haven't had to use this for my sons stereo yet and hopefully i won't have to. However, its better to be safe rather than sorry.
