This item shows up when i did a search for dvd player car stereo. Unfortunately I had no choice but to install this in my toy hauler because I'm leaving to go camping this week and there's no time to return it and get a replacement. I had to install this so we at least have music while camping.. DVD capability was the only filter i selected in my search and expected this to have video output since it showed up in the search with that filter.. ill have to bring our home dvd player so our kida cab movies if they want.

We will see one month in I really hope they stand by this and replace my product if it breaks within the four years

Service tech was cordial and respectful. Took awhile but there was a lot to install.

Highly recommend buying a Geek Squad protection plan. Bought a 3 year plan for an item, and it broke almost 3 years later. Brought it in to Geek Squad and they were super quick to help!

While I have in the past skipped extended warranties, I find these days electronics just don't hold up as well as in the past. The Geek Squad 2 year warranty takes the pain out of something rather new going out, than having to use the supposed manufacturer warranty, which it overlaps and provides an extra year. While you may think it's not needed, heed the warning, as it is a small price to pay just in case everything does go south!

Geek Squad protection plans one of the best things that Best Buy offers. These protection plans have saved me many times overall and when talking about my car radio. A few months ago my car radio was fried by a battery hiccup in my car. Geek Squad was more than willing to look and and then replace my stereo and I even used that opportunity to change head unit brands because why not? 5 out of 5 would for sure recommend to anyone!

I enjoy having peace of mind and having a protection plan gives me that. Since I have never used the Geek Squad for car radio installation I felt it was advisable to buy the protection plan for the radio head unit. The installation itself comes with a warranty and having the head unit protection just adds value.

Very powerful and nice smooth design, I enjoy playing my favorite music in it , the installation was fast and placed in a very good ventilated area to keep it cool,

I bought this headunit for my older vechicle. Radio went out and after researching I went with the Kenwood especially since Best Buy offered free installation. I only had the unit for almost 2 months and the display and some buttons stopped working. This protection planned saved the day! The processes that Best Buy has to go through in order to fix it was a little dramatic but it is their world.
