My Samsung TV was having a problem because a change that should have taken place didn’t. I called Best Buy in Estero and their team was at my home the following morning at 9:00 AM. Thirty seconds later the issue was taken care of and they were heading out the door. It turned out that a change should’ve taken place with plug placement in the back of the TV. The team scoped it out in a few seconds and took care of the issue!

seems perfect. perfect picture, 15w sound is more than enough. Already had a 55" Hisense in the bedroom and knew the picture was great.
