Great Job! Diagnosis right on!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Two Geeks came to evaluate my 85” Samsung 8K. Changed main board. Set up new board. Told me if this didn’t fix problem then it’s the panel. He was right. Samsung does not have a replacement in stock and is giving me a pro rated refund.

Agents were great, but couldn't fix the issue
