    Although I am a fan of Japanese history and a fan of samurai action flicks, this movie didn't quite meet my expectations. The details of the main characters past was quite vague and left me with some questions. Aside from that, the story of the movie was good.

    Not that great of a movie, but not bad at all. Still rather enjoyable, and really good if you're want a crazy special effects fantasy demon witch naga dragon giant chrome golem cursed orphan pirate pistoleer katana swordplay manga-meets-D&D extravaganza.

    They seemed not to tell the story in the right way.. That's unfortunate since there's a lot of good talent such as Hiroyuki Sanada or Academy Awards nominated actress - Rinko Kikuchi.. Overall it's an okay entertainment watch, but just a waste of talent.
