Contrary to what critics had to say, I thought the movie was pretty good. It was nice to watch, visually. The story moved along crisply. The action scenes were good.

Loved the special effects and the blue eyed witch, love the loyalty of the Ronin to fixs what was taken and restore the master's honor, we all csn learn a thing a or two for accepting others who are different and less fortunate than ourselves.

Keanu is well off enough to not have to chase a paycheck and is able to devote himself to the characters of his movie. This one is probably not for everyone. But it is an amazing, historical story that was pulled off better than I expected

I already had a different format of this movie. Actually I had a couple but I thought that it would be incredibly awesome in a 3-D version. The price was more than a bargain and under $20. I would happily recommend this movie to anyone

I love this story from Japanese history. I enjoyed the added mystical plot lines. The action and martial arts sequences are believable in addition to the costumes and scenery of that time period. Enjoyable entertainment and worth the watch.

For what it's worth it's great for a popcorn movie. Don't expect it to be amazing but it's not terrible by any means. Good movie to escape reality.

Keanu Reeves what else do you need to hear lol amazing fighting movie already own it on regular bluray but I had to get it when I seen it on 4k bluray steelbook

Great story in keeping true to Japanese myths. Although the ending is tragic, it is necessary because of the culture.

There has been a lot of these 47 Ronin movies made over the years and now with the cameras getting better and the use of computers in movie making the graphics in the movie is really good. I think this is a very good version of the movie.

The movie is in japan and has reeves as the under dog. The sights and sounds are awesome. It is a darker movie. But it is got a great story line. Well worth watching.

after seeing the preview for this movie I wasn't expecting to much from this movie in form of a good story, I was surprise how good the story was!

I seen the movie when it first came out,thought it was a decent movie and for the price I paid for it in blu-ray couldn't beat it

I already saw the movie and loved it. The blue ray gave it stunning clarity. I would definitely recommend this movie to all viewers.

Bought this film after having seen it because I liked it so much. Blends Western and Eastern films. The story line is authentic Japanese but is toned down to Western tastes to be enjoyed by all. Especially good in 3D.

This is a film about the customs and cultures of a very proud nation ( some embellishment) , actions sequences very good. It is escapism.

Reeves is believable as a warrior with lots of fight scenes. liked the vivid colors of the costumes and the landscapes. overall good movie.

Over all descent movie to watch. Owning it is another question. No bought it but would of been better to watch it and not really of purchase
