Awesome 48" TV at a great price

The only thing that is lacking is Smart TV functionality. Not a problem. What I saved on the TV more than paid for a much more capable Amazon Fire TV box. The great thing is that I can connect the Fire TV to any TV or projector. The picture on the Insignia is much better than I ever expected, and the sound is loud and clear. We have this one in the bedroom, and have not even connected our receiver to it yet. It is more than loud enough. (We watch our movies in the Living Room with the 5.1 surround, but mostly TV shows from the bedroom.) I am very pleased with this TV and would recommend it to anyone over the big brands.

We have not been disappointed in this purchase at all. We have no personal experience with high end big screen TV's to compare it to other than at the stores, but have had no regrets in this purchase
