It's only been a month but so far my bf loves his birthday present. We haven't had any problems with the tv. He uses it for gaming. Insignia is made by LG so hopefully the tv will last us for years!

Love this tv. It's my first flat screen and it took me forever to decide on what make and model. I wish I had purchased the 55inch I had looked at but all in all, I'm very happy!

The picture looks great in the store when connected to high definition signal. However, when connected to standard definition it doesn't look so good.

Great Price compared to other TV's in this size. Picture is very clear and vivid especially hooked up to a Blu-Ray player. Very easy to set-up, fairly simple remote control and sound is OK. Obviously, the least important aspect is the sound as if you want great sound, get a receiver and good speakers (which I have). Highly recommend.

Needed to replace a 32" television with something larger that didn't break the bank. It was easy to set up and has good sound. Unfortunately, I'm not paying for HD channels, so the picture probably isn't as crisp as it could be. If you use the Energy Saving setting for the picture, it can be a bit harsh to view on some channels, but you can decide to not use that setting and resolve some of these issues. Overall, for the price, it seems to be a pretty good TV.

got this on an open box deal, it works great ive had it over a month the only problem i had was the screws where missing for the stand, but no biggie had some in my tool box that worked out.

I purchased this to give away as a door prize so I can't speak to the quality of the item but I can say that Best Buy in Lufkin, Texas has great customer service.

The people at Geek Squad and the TV manufacturer was very helpful in getting TV hooked up right. I did have to have help from a satellite tv tech to get it right though due to weak signal.

For the price it's a pretty good tv. No internet apps or anything like that but, I wasn't looking for one with them. The only real problem with it is it could use 1 or 2 more hdmi hook ups.

Great quality tv for the price.Pic and sound are good. Insignia is a good brand. Most of my tv's are Insignia and have not had a problem. My dad does have a problem with hitting the wrong button and the tv going off the HDMI.His old tv was analog. It will be a learning curve for him. This his first flat screen and he loves it .

i shopped around for a newer television and found the insignia-48 class fit the bill perfectly. the television met all my needs at a great price and performance.

The size of the tv was great for the price but the picture just was not all that good on the tv.

I just needed a new TV for the basement (daughters play area)I didn't want to spend an arm and a leg. Great Tv, good picture quality. I connected an Apple TV to it for Netflix and it looks great.

I love this TV and think it was a steal for the price. I am disappointed that it only has 2 HDMI ports but I bought an adaptor that gave me two extra ports for $10 and it was fine.
