    Tv has a fuzzy look to it that I can not get out. Also not sure hd tuner is working on this tv.

    Bought the 48inch Insignia TV through a salesperson on the website and was delivered on the wrong day inspite of her guaranteeing that it will be delivered on the day we wanted...offcourse we had already traveled and the box was put in our apt by the maintenance man. Two weeks later on our return opened the box to set things up and the TV would not even powerup - called customer service who said that it cannot be changed to a new one as it was 16 days after the order - so geek squad had to come in and confirm that they could not help to fix it right away. Finally the geek squad called the local best buy store and spoke to the manager who agreed to replace the TV. Walmart or Costco would have exchanged the product instantly...Poor customer service!!!!!
