After looking at TV's at Walmart I found the Insignia brand to be a better value than other brands offered. This was for a gift but I already own 2 Insignia 55" TV's so am very comfortable with the brand.

I purchased this earlier in the month knowing that there will be better deals nearing Black Friday. I decided to pull the trigger and not wait, and I am happy to say that I have no regrets. I did not need a smart TV due to already having an Xbox One for that so I was shopping for the best cost to value ratio. I have no complaints so far...

great size great picture easy set up.... I will buy again

There are many higher end units that have more features, but this one was at such a deal at my local BB, it was the perfect TV for the enclosed porch area where I would not want to put a $1000+ unit anyway. Great picture that is hard to tell from higher frame-rate units except when there is a close-up replay of something moving quickly such as during a football game.

This is my 3rd Insignia brand tv. The first one was great (2008) 2nd one was better (2011 ) and this brand new tv is so good that I can barely notice a difference between that and my LG at 120hz refresh rate. Awesome tv!

I have had this TV for a couple months. Good picture. I am not disappointed watching broadcast TV. As long as its broadcasting in 720P or 1080. Only CON to this TV. It needs a better option for Audio. All you get are volume and amplification. Also the remote control button locations are not to my liking. But thats personal preference. Good buy. Solid so far.

Have purchased several Insignia TV's, 40, 45 and this 48 inch model. They have all impressed. This one has a great picture. It is not a Smart TV as this one is for our daughter's bedroom. She uses it with Apple TV Netlix and for gaming. Does the job at a great price.

TV has been great so far. I was a little nervous buying an off brand but for the value couldn't refuse. After getting a better cable the picture is great and I'm glad I didn't pay more for a name brand. I hope it lasts

Great picture. Great size. Dope price!!! You will love it! I bought an Insignia years ago from Best buy and still have it and it works great. Never had any problems with the old one. That's what made me lean more towards the purchase of a new one. If you can't afford to blow a grand on a TV Best Buys Insignia is a safe and sure bet!
