Good sound quality. Good color. The only issue is that DVD's occasionally just stop playing for no reason. Must start over to play.

The guy that sold me the system said it was the best well that's a lie. The sound quality for movies is garbage, but for music it is decent. Your better off just buying a sound bar and a blue ray player separately. The system has some nice features such as Bluetooth and it can access some apps such as Netflix, but all in all I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

I bought this for my small movie room in my house. It works great. Sound is crisp and clear and loud. Great price for a good surround sound.

Decent unit with good sound, but too many network issues, even with wifi router within 10 feet of it. Even when the unit says I have excellent network, the streaming apps are barely reliable. Some won't connect at all and Pandora constantly tells me that the device doesn't support the audio codecs. The interface is the same as a Playstation, so fairly easy to navigate, but I'll be returning it, as the streaming was my main priority.

The sound is great, we still havent figured out how the surround sound works, but Im sure thats our fault, not the speakers

Good sound. feels as if sitting in a concert hall when listening to music. sound can go from a busting to a very soft with a touch of a button. recommending to listeners who enjoy both.

The surround system is for my daughter and she loves it. It has all the features she was looking for. After returning two dvd players, we decided to go with the entire surround system with all the features.

Lots of great features for the price. Easy to hookup. From box to ready in a very short time. Really like the internet and bluetooth features. I don't have a smart TV but this unit is the next best thing.

I got this system for the living room and the sound is good when it works, but the receiver is horrible both in features and the slow clunky not to mention ugly UI, there is no HDMI Input or pass through so if you have a cable box or a chrome cast or Apple TV in my case getting sound out of the this system is a hassle in my case I had to plug my Apple TV to HDMI on my tv and then run a optical cable to the receiver and that just causes a lot of issues first if u accidentally hit the remote I'll have to change TV input to navigate the receiver back to the right input menu then go back to the other device, sometimes restarting fixes this but that takes a foot 2 minutes if ur lucky some how shutting it off takes a long time and turning it back on takes longer then my 5 year old laptop. The UI is not friendly not that I ever intentionally navigate it and for some unexplainable reason if I take too long between shows sound just stops working box is on says it has the right input but the only solution is a reboot... Id strongly advise against this I'm now considering purchasing a decent receiver and just wiring the speakers to it but I'm not sure how or if that would work...

This is my first sound system. It was super easy to hook up and easy to use. I highly recommend this to anyone buying one for the first time.

This was easy to setup. The sound is great. I had an old Blu-ray so it took a few to get used to the new setup but I would recommend this to anyone.

Excellent sound, bluray works wonderfully, a bit of a pain in a complicated setup that it requires an HDMI hookup, but it is great otherwise. Screen is a bit hard to see to change functions. internet function is very useful.

Easiest setup great for my little bigger then average size room feels like I’m with the artist I listen too

My previous surround sound system had the receiver go out so I was looking for a new one and came across this. Easy to set up and sound very good. Only thing I would say if you have an older HDTV you might need a digital optical cable in order for the sound to work. Other than that everything been great so far!

The surround sound we bought is a very good system. We are very pleased with the quality and performance. We would definitely recommend it.

I love everything about this blu ray player except the fact that the rear speakers are not wireless. I guess I didn't read the description close enough. Plays well and I love the streaming capabilities. The sound is good but could be a little better. For the name and price I feel the rear speakers should have been wireless.

The surround system on this unit does not work real crisp on low volume through the TV system. I does however do a good job when playing a movie through the Blue Ray mode on the system itself.

I've been waiting for a while to get a surround system and they never doubted that Sony is one of the best brand to get. I am happy that I had purchased my new and first surround system
