The wires are my only complaint other than that its great, I would just recommend getting a system with Bluetooth speakers.

Thought I got what I wanted

Takes too long to start playing; it doesn't have sufficient base or volume. Must put volume up to 20 plus to get what I got at 12 on my previous system. Not thrilled at all; instead I regret this purchase.

Great entry-level 5.1 system

The only place I can dock this system a partial point is in the start-up time. We're talking 10-15 seconds from pressing POWER to getting output from HDMI. Once it's initialized, though, sound is good, surround is excellent, all the components of the system are good looking.

Great surround system
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My husband and I had to purchase a new surround sound due to our old one making popping noises when you would put the volume higher, it was probaly 11 years old, i went in to just purchase a new cell phone, but left with this new system hoping it would sound just as good as our old one... And in my opinion it is so much crisp sounding.. thank you Sanyo

Good Entry Level Item

I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a newer system and selected this one to kind of get me through. It performs well on blue-ray disks, but not as well with DVDs (they tend to cut out in the middle). Ya gets what ya pays for, I guess.
