We recommend to make sure that the sound going to the Home Theater System is coming directly from the source to verify if the issue persists, also we would like to suggest to change the following settings through the menu of your Home Theather System: ? try using a different Sound Mode, ?through the AUDIO SETTINGS change the BD Audio MIX Setting and Audio DRC to OFF * through the Speaker settings select LEVEL and select each option to increase it to +6.0 dB.~ Jeannette
