Never had a problem with this system; No cutting in and out like some other brands. Sound quality is a bit low but I think that’s just the rear ones.

It's good for starters... And for the price.. If it was a little bit more louder it would be great

I really liked this system even though it has wires. I just didn't quite trust the Bluetooth system yet and I didn't want to pay more. I'm very satisfied with this product.

The system is a great addition to my Sony 4k 3d UHD 65 inch TV in the family room! It feels like you're in the movie theater! I just Love this feeling for watching the smart TV , it's Great!

In short, our older Sony branded unit was having trouble playing back discs. After finding this one, it was good to know that we didn't need to rewire all the satellite speakers and indeed could use some of the old ones with the new unit.

The sound is ok, not bad. The music through the bluetooth sucks! It sounds like it is only coming out of 2 speakers. Not a lot of sound effects, and it does not seem like you have much control over the sound. When you download the apps, it just lists them and you have to scroll allllllll the way down to some of the ones you like. I DO NOT think this is worth $250 (maybe $150), but it is a halfway decent home theater. My previous old Samsung was much better. Sorry Sony.

For the money this setup is the best value with the same functions and features as much more expensive systems. The sound is not bose quality but it does sound good and does not blare out when turned up.

I love this with my LG 3D TV, Works great. I haven't had any problems with tis and I have had it for about 4 months or so.

Blue ray works great. The internet features are slow to pull up and awkward to navigate

It is a great system,but at 78 years young it is a challenge learning how to use the system. The Geek Sq. is coming back on Tues.4/18 to show me how to use the whole system. This is very kind of them Don Pruett

I was so happy to get this item. But I found it some what difficult to set up. After getting all the wires connected I was ready to watch a movie. Was very disappointed that the sound wasn't louder than my tv. Also there was no noise from speakers when watching regular tv, only when playing a movie. I got so frustrated and had to return it. Wish it came with better instructions. I hated to return it because it was so much more beautiful than my last sound system.

Our 6 year old surround sound died on a Saturday evening, we did research and ran to Best Buy for a replacement. This unit was highly rated. on sale, and we installed it correctly, Within two days, the sound cut out. Readjusted, got it working again. Happened over and over until finally it doesn't produce sound at all. Troubleshooted all. Piece of junk.

Good surround sound, not great. The speaker rear speakers could have longer cords, but my room is kind of big.

I bought this open box with no remote. The speakers are wired with plenty of wire to reach large room sizes. You can adjust the output of the speakers by location in settings, During big action scenes the sound is amazing! However doring quite scene with low talking its hard to hear what is being said cause it only then comes from the center, I do not use this as 3d blu ray as i dont have 3d tv.

This nicely designed system is really good for everyday entertainment. It even has Netflix button for a direct connection.

We purchased this dvd surround sound and it was easy to install after purchasing the supporting cable for tv hook up.

Got this for 150. This system is wired though. The Samsung version is better, wireless module in back for wired rear speakers

I love my home theater system. My only complaint is it isn't as loud as I would like. But a great product for the price
