sounds fine, but not with a Big sound, such as larger speakers might give

The picture looks great and sounds very good fresh m all around. Noises from rear speakers got my chihuahua barking. Only Robles is without wanting it would stop in the snow Arne restart sent in for repair twice under warranty. They are fixing replacing the main board. So happy he warranty is good and Sony does back it up

Works good but, the remote is not friendly and It always takes at least a minute for the sound to come on.

This is the first blu ray we have purchased and we think it is very nice. We love all the features and channels available.

Great product only downside is that when listening to music sound only comes from the front speakers.

BOUGHT FOR MY 92 YEAR OLD DAD. HE NEEDED SPEAKERS CLOSE TO HIM NOT A SOUND BAR AT THE TV. THIS SYSTEM IS GREAT, HE LOVES IT AND MY SON IS JEALOUS.

I bought this because there is no additional audio tuner or amp required for the speakers. The speakers plug directly into the player saving a remote a box and the hassle of turning all that junk on do hear your TV thru the surround sound. It generally works well but sometimes it shuts off and you have to reboot. And th4 handoff form TV speakers to system has a lag and sometimes requires an input change to kick start it. I do have a Sony tv. Anyway today the blue ray stopped working. DVDs play but blue rays don't work. Some have sound and they all freeze the screen or have a statick pink or yellow screen. Some just lock up the player. A different failure for each disc I put in. Weird. 2 months old. Not sure what to do.

It works well and is well worth the price that I paid for it.

It such had came with wireless speakers but for the money it alright

I was told by an employee that the sub was powered. When I opened the box, it wasn't. I was unhappy because that's what I was looking for. Doesn't sound like 1000w at all. You have to turn it up basically all the way depending on what you are watching.

Sony is good for TV and games console but not in home theatre ssytem. Its basically, good in terms of sound but not powerful as I expected. It's DVD smart system, but no much built-in apps like netflix, youtube, etc. you have to check on how to download and install it in the system. I returned it after a week.
