Clear heavy big measuring cup. Great fit for the kitchen aid artisan series

It’s a glass bowl the fits the mixer perfectly because it’s from Kitchen Aid. Sitting on the counter, it highlights the mixer’s color and design more than the chrome one that came with it.

Quality, genuine KitchenAid product. Great price! Love the cover that comes with the measuring cup style bowl. Fits perfectly under the standing mixer post for attachments.

Great product at the beginning, until glass started carking from top to bottom a couple days ago; it lasted less than 1 year. Cannot use it anymore.

Love how there are measurements on the side and I just put my cookie dough right in the fridge overnight with the lid on.

My wife has been wanting a mixing bowl that had the measurements inscribed on the glass besides painted on. After surprising her with the Kitchen Aid Pro 5 Lift Stand Mixer, I thought this would be a great addition, well my intuition was correct and she loves it. Prefect her baking needs, sturdy and easy to clean. I should have purchased the mixing bowl sonner.

I love my Kitchenaid 5 quart glass mixing bowl. The glass allows me to melt butter in the microwave and go straight to mixing other ingredients. I can also re-warm mixtures that harden. The lid allows me to cover what I have mixed to work with later or refridgerate the entire bowl.

This is a quality product but DO NOT USE IT OVER HEAT OR AS A MIXING BOWL ON TOP A DOUBLE BOILER. I bought mine thinking it would work with a recipe that required hand mixing ingredients in a heat resistant glass bowl on top a double boiler. This KitchenAid bowl cracked in the middle of the mixing process. It is an excellent mixing bowl if kept away from heat.

Ordered the KitchenAid 5qt Glass Mixing Bowl as a wedding gift. The recipient absolutely LOVES this mixing bowl. The aesthetic the glass mixing bowl provides is unparalleled. It looks splendid in a light colored kitchen. The person had wanted this specifically for the ability to take pretty videos / pictures for Instagram, and this has done the trick. Asking to provide details. The bowl connects to the bottom well making a firm connection. And clean up of the glass bowl is simple. Of course, compared to the stainless steel this is a bit heavier and is breakable, so just need to take care. Ultimately, if looking to improve the aesthetic of a kitchen aid with a glass accent, this is a must.

Great sturdy bowl. Love that it’s clear so you can see your progress all the way through. Heavy but to be expected with the high quality.

I love it! Easy to clean. I have a cake recipe I make often that I fold in whipped egg whites into it. This is perfect for that. So nice to have 2 mixing bowls. The glass makes it easy to check when everything is mixed well.

My wife always wanted one of the glass bowls as they have the measurements marked right on the side of the bowl. Attaches to the base of the mixer the same as the stainless bowls. Even has a handy cover.

Heavy duty bowl. 5 quarts is very large. The measurements is very useful.

i bought this bowl as a replacement. i like the fact that it is sturdy and not to mention that it comes with a lid. Well, expect nothing less because it's a quality bowl.

I love preparing meals in glass. I love the size and the quality. Cleans up easy. Fits my kitchen aid mixer perfectly. It’s worth every dollar. I would buy another one so I can prepare multiple cakes.

Bought this to replace the original glass bowl which fell and shattered. It would have been more helpful if there was some sort of indication that this bowl once placed on the mixer base will secure and lock into place although it does not have the threaded plastic ring that the original one did. It would have saved a lot of time and frustration with trying to find this one plastic ring that doesn't fit on this bowl anyway.

I bought this for my wife to add to her Artisan mixer. She uses it for recipes where she needs to view the contents of the bowl to make sure things are mixed properly. It does a great job.

Solid, heavy duty mixing bowl. Love that it has measurements on it. Was able to add all the dry ingredients without dirtying additional dishes/utensils. Also comes with a thick lid!

Fits the artisan series mixer perfectly. Well designed with a large spout to help with pouring and the gradient measurements on the side are easy to read when using the bowl
