    They do give you the credits if your equipment breaks down and they don’t sell it anymore.

    It has only been a few months and I am having issues. Luckily shark has assistance lines and good warranty terms, but I would not purchase this unit again. I am generally a fan of shark products. Pretty disappointed in this one.

    If you’re product fails to work within the warranty they will replace it. You can’t ask for anything more than that.
