I got a sweet deal on this (bought 2 of them) and they have worked great. I used to have another brand long ago and it did nothing but get lost or stuck.. This one rarely if ever gets stuck and it has kept the house spotless. I vacuum daily and mop once per week.

This product is exactly what it says it is, odor control feature is just a huge PLUS! The vacuum has a very POWERFUL suction, and picks up a lot of pet hair I have 2 big German Shepards one long haired and 2 cats and this vacuum DESTROYED my carpets pulling so much dirt,dust, hair, and whatever else may be living in the carpet! But for the $199 on sale $80 off BEST DEAL AROUND- following this the REPUTABLE SHARK BRAND to back everything up this vacuum speaks volumes. That is all.

I bought this extended warranty on my old shark vacuum, and my vacuum started having major problems. I completely forgot that I had this warranty on my vacuum until the other week when way vacuum quit working. I was very thankful I had it!!!!

After 3 years with my vacuum it stop working. Took it back to Best Buy explain to them what happened and they gave me credit to get a new vacuum. No Question Ask, was like returning some thing on Amazons quick and easy,

When my steamer overheated because my toddler had it plugged in all night (no idea this took place until the next day), I was able to return it and get my full refund!

I never knew how much I needed the geek squad in my life until now! My warranty ran out and the geek squad was my backup plan! They returned my product no questions asked and my new Tineco was in the mail that same day! What a relief, for such a wonderful product I can't live without. I would not have been able to afford a qhole new one at that time, so having the extra plan was such a blessing!

I used my new Bob for the first time.I have had Roombas for the past 15 years. My original is still working. I saw this Bob that also mops and is for pet hair and decided to try it. Th first thing. i noticed was how quiet it is. My dog is scared to death of the Roomba, so I only run it when he is out of the house. Bob is running and the dog is sleeping on the sofa. Bob seems to do a very good job of picking up. I like that it has brushes on both sides. The large dustpan is nice but a little awkward to empty. I tried the mop attachment today. It is very easy to use and does a good job.

Having the Dyson V15 vacuum for 2.5 years no problems with the machine. My wife said accident drop and crack the case. We love the Dyson V15 vacuum. We purchase the accident insurance in 2021. We got a new vacuum. Thank you again best buy store,staffs and Insurance. Sorry did not take pictures.

I usually don't write reviews but I will spend a time for this one. This product I call "electric broom" as it is NOT a vacuum, doesn't replace vacuum. For every day sweep to keep clean instead of using regular broom which creates dust, I use this one. My floor is only hardwood and tile, I don't know how it works on carpet. It picks up hair, dust and anything in between just as fine as you would sweep. It is super light, great for homes with stairs. I have latest Shark vacuum, supposedly light weight with cord and I have a problem every time I get on stairs. It is not convenient. This is a savior. Charge and go. Awesome product.

Accidents are sure to happen. Great to know when they do you’re covered!
