i haved protection for a lo of item in geek squad and i lke the service on my protection

Must have for my vacuum. With 3 kids we are constantly using it and its nice to have the security

I bought my hydrovac and the 3-year protection plan. A month later, my Shark hydrovac broke down. I went to Best Buy, and they replaced it but canceled my protection plan. Their argument was that it had already been used and that I need to buy another protection plan. A huge scam. No one should ever have to go through this

I always purchase extended protection plans and have been very happy with the results.

I purchased this thinking the product would be covered for 2 years but it is only covered until you go to use the warranty. They told me they cannot fix it and would replace it at no charge which is great but the replacement is not covered by their warranty and I would need to spend another $90 for it to be covered. I was told it is more convenient to have the warranty with geek squad because I could go into the store for the replacement but they never even have the item in stock so it’s being mailed to my house.

Alwsy get the protection on expensive items. Better to be protected.

The Geek Squad provided that'peace of mind' when products don't work as they are indended too.

Didnt get to use yet, but i read the paper work and sounds like a good deal.
