Unfortunately I have had to use the Geek Squad protection on my Shark vacuum and it has been seamless!

The 3 year protection is a good insurance to have for any vacuum because vacuums always get damaged after a while.

In the past I have had to use this warranty. Best Buy has made it really easy to repair or exchange faulty or broken products.

Purchased new pricey vacuum and 3 year extended warranty. Was told at time of purchase, April 2024, that the manufacturer warranty was 3 years and then the extended was for an additional 3 years. So there would be 6 years of coverage. Today was informed by Best Buy that the extended warranty we purchased ran concurrently with the manufacturer warranty-so we only have a 3 year warranty.The gentleman at Corporate said this to which I responded why, if its covered by manufacture warranty. His reply was "You get extra things". This is NOT what we have been told each time we would buy extended coverage on big items. We are sooo done with Best Buy. Bye -bye

It is very good but I gave it 4 stars because it goes off at the same time everyday and I couldn’t adjust the timer on it. It’s little difficult

So BB has the best warranties, no questions asked, take it back when it dies and you get a gift card for the purchase price.
