This vacuum has been great, been using dyson for the past 4 yrs and can't go else where. I recommend it if your looking for a strong vacuum that lasts.

I brought my robot vacuum in because after cleaning it would not hook up to the charger. I brought it in and they sent it out. Now, I have a gift card for what I paid for. The protection plan is well worth the purchase. Not to mention all this took place in a span of less than two weeks.

I was not happy with a product because it damaged my property so I returned the item with a full refund. In store credit but it still worked out. Thank you.

We own 3 of these iRobot Roomba vaccuums. We have 2 different models (this model has been 2 gifts). We love the self-emptying feature and that it can map out different rooms. We have it in our Home Assistant so with a verbal command it can go to that room and vacuum. It can also be scheduled as well. With Geek Squad protection it is an amazing quick exchange if something does go wrong.

Solid support and protection when needed, as assistance, or in any situation you need additional help info or you are lost

I was skeptical about buying the extra service but it was totally worth it. Definitely get it if you have little kids, my son broke the wheels off my Dyson vacuum and cracked the canister. I was easily able to replace it.

I love geek squad! I’ve always made sure to purchase the extra coverage for my purchases. They have always been extremely accommodating and mindful of my needs. They gone over and above to help me resolve any issues. In all the years and many electronics purchased (earphones to appliances and everything in between) they’ve never let me down. I always tell my friends and family to use them.

Bust Buy is the only way place I always get the extra geek squad protection. You don’t have to try and find a 3 year old receipt or call a 3rd party for warrenty. All info on their computer they either fix it right away or send to geek squad central. Usually just give you a credit for item plus geek squad plan. It’s a great way to do business you don’t have to fight with outside company just take it in and done !!

It is an intelligent commode if you want to save time and effort in housework, easy maintenance and very useful for people who have pets since it has a very powerful machine that allows you to keep the entire home clean. Super easy to use, light you can use it in every corner of your house or car it does not require a lot of space in your home and it is an essential tool to keep your home clean in less time and so you have time to use it in other activities, it has separate tools that you can very easily attach to your device and be able to use it to clean any area of ​​the home

Bought the 2 year warranty with a Irobot vacuum and it stopped charging after a year of having it and they returned it no question asked made it super simple and will purchase there service plans with every purchase

I purchased a robot vacuum. Initially, it worked very well. However, it is not as good as the new robot vacuums in terms of mapping, obstacle avoidance, and cleaning. However, the Geek Squad protection covered my purchase With excellent customer support. This really gives customers peace of mind.

I usually purchase Geek Squad coverage for myself and loved ones. Why? Because I, the purchaser of both the product and coverage, get peace of mind for very little outlay. I had to use my coverage a few times and each of those times I received a new vacuum, cell phones, keyboard and all-in-one remote control because each of those items had failed. Of course I immediately bought a warranty on the new items and once again I had (and gave) peace of mind.

Bought a shark hand vacuum, somehow the plastic end nozzle that connects they attachments chipped/ broke and could no longer be used properly. Geek squad was willing to credit back, or replace with same item that was in the store. It was very fast and easy. I also used some rewards points on the original purchase and they applied to the replacement, so it was no additional cost. You do have to purchase it again for the new device.
