If I purchase anything of significant value and know it will be used by others and not just me, I make sure that I buy the extended service plans, I have exercised them many times with positive results and would recommend them to others as well!

I ALWAYS purchase the Geek Squad Protection Plan. I used to work for BB and I saw how sad people were, who had the unimaginable happen when their item broke too soon. I totally recommend this protection plan.

Great extended warranty on the iRobot this is a great product however has a lot of moving parts as well as wireless functions see a need for extended warranty on this item since it is pricey and limited product warranty feel comfortable knowing it has Geek Squad support.

Best Buy has the best no hassle warranty coverage in the business! I was quickly able to get my Dyson swapped out for a new model. In and out in about 20 minutes, most of that time was spent picking out a new vacuum

If you buy big ticket items you know can possibly ware down or break, then you should really really really consider getting this added insurance. Worth it.

I had this warranty for a black and decker hand vacuum that was 2 years old and stopped working due to faulty lithium battery. I went in to exchange for a new one but it wasn’t in stock anymore so they gave me a full refund! The customer service staff were super friendly and fast!

What can I say? The Geek Squad is always there if and when we need them. Everyone is extremely knowledgable and wonderful to work with. We just purchased a grill and the service for delivery & set up was A+. I would definitely recommend.

I always get the warranty for any investment purchase I make. It’s not that much when you think about it, and saves you a ton of money if your purchase stops working had you not purchased the warranty.

The 5 year product replacement on a vacuum cleaner paid off for me. When the cord head broke accidentally, I just took the vac to my Best Buy store, and they gave me a new one. No boxing it up and mailing or shipping it to the manufacturer, and no claim forms to fill out. Sweet!

Love it since it doesn't get stuck in places and it knows exactly where to clean. Lidar will get confused if you have a floor mirror

I purchased this warranty because of the price of the irobot vacuum. Its good to have peace of mind should something go wrong. Geek Squad has always come thru with repair of any prior purchase, so no doubt with this one. Additionally, always helpful if I have a question.
