Have had it maybe a year or less and I havent used it in months. Truly a waste of money. It is very heavy and bulky, the container for the water and solution is super small. It is so gross cleaning out the receptacle if you use the steam part. The only brush that works decently is the pet brush. It does not get anything in the corners. I feel like it pushes the dirt away with the fan instead of sucking it up.

I had this 3yr protection on another vacuum and got my money back after 3yrs use. Great value and product coverage.

My wife loves the green light technology, and the suction power is amazing, its also less noisy than my previous model (V10), i would definitely recommend this wireless vacuum

I bought this for the 1st purchased vacuum and boy am I glad I bought, the vacuum flamed out after 14 months of use,m. The process was way too easy when I got Best Buy, this is a must have insurance on certain things. Like a vacuum

geek squad protection is way better than wasting your money and allowing it to break. invest in your products everyone. this is needed. you can switch it out for a new one in store at customer service. if not, they can order it if its not in stock at your best buy.

This protection plan replaced the plan for my previous plan covering a Shark vacuum that became nonfunctional. The plan allowed me to simply return the broken vacuum for a new one. The only cost I paid was the difference in price and the cost of the new protection plan.

I Love The 5 year protection plan because you never know when your vacuum may break or just stop turning on it’s always great to have a protection plan and Best Buy honors there plan

It keeps the carpet clean, it does have to be cleaned right away, if not, it will leave a lingering smell

As someone who works in the repair field, I can attest to how great having a service plan is. I had several items go bad in the past with no plan and I was SOL. Now I have peace of mind knowing that I can get it fixed and/or replaced if it goes bad.

Bought it in 2022. Two years later and still works like brand new. Would suggest this item 100%!!!

They sold me a 3 year protection plan on my vacuum. I have one on my router. Whenever it breaks, if you have the plan, they replace it qith no questions.

Bought the 4 year accidental Geek Squad Protection warranty on my Bobsweep Pet Plus vacuum and Mop. Hopefully I don't need it but they are a little pricy so it is nice to have the added protection for if something goes wrong with it.

I have a husky with VERY long fur and was nervous about buying an expensive vacuum and her fur breaking it. Haven’t broken anything yet but love knowing I have this as a fall back.

Great battery life , good suction and design. Has fabric attachment and crevice tool . Easily mounted to wall. Not suited for fluffy carpets .
