This program it’s good when you’re family bcz it could save a lot of money

Over all I love the way it moves on the floor and it gets in to all the corners I recommend it

I totally recommend the Geek Squad Protection. I got the protection for my Dyson vacuum. My vacuum was not working properly, so I went down to the store and had my vacuum replaced with a new vacuum cleaner.

Have not used but its nice just in case. I dont know if its really worth it but nice for the piece of mind

I love the Best buy’s warranty program. They are great in providing services and I am very happy with it.

I had a rough experience that had to be handled by the manager. I was told by Geek Sqad that my apple care plan really doesn’t cover my AirPods which really upset me and also had to make 2 appointments for my AirPods because your system wasn’t functioning correctly and it seems as if no one cared. I was told my AirPods would be back in 3 to 5 days then the manager says that wasn’t true it would be longer. Just frustrating because I use my AirPods for work I can’t have my phone in my hand and work.

They were very friendly. This program is never clear and or easy to use. It sounds like a great idea and prep for ur home but seems like there are always changes to the program once they arrive

We used to pull shopvacs all around the house, but now all the kids love to use our Dyson stick vacs!

I won’t drop my computer or sink it in the water but I am beginning to think that feeling comfortable knowing that if my computer says goodbye, I’ll be able to say hello to another work horse.

240$ and you forced me into a storefront where they decide if they want to ship it off to "repair" it for a huge lead time. Or give you a gift card to replace. This is crazy to me when asurion with amazon I don't even have to talk to someone they don't care they HONOR the CHEAPER than you warranty and ship before they even send you the return label to give them the broken product. So I have no down time. So I am wodering why you are still on pre-covid policies and haven't yet adapted to this new market.

Comes in handy when your item breaks after a number of years. Best Buy has the best warranty of any big box store out there.

Havent had to use this service yet, ut it seems like a good value for the time frame if anything does go wrong
