Very durable and easy to clean ...the battery lasts enough to clean my 3 bedrooms house

I have not had to use this yet because I just bought the product but we love the extended protection because It gives us a sense of security and the people at the Geek Squad are excellent

Haven’t had to use the geek squad protection plan until now and it was so easy. Brought in my old vacuum and they let me exchange for the same item or upgrade and pay the difference.

GeekSqaud and Best Buy have the best service around. The extra warranty is totally worth it!

Love this Geek Squad Protection, had to bring one of the purchased products and they didn’t even ask me what’s wrong with it, just brought me the new item out.

Makes life a little easier being able to vacuum while not home.

Nice to have, just in case. Although my Dyson vacuum seems sturdy it’s good to have a plan should I ever need service.

It helped pay for my new Windtunnel since the old one only lasted 1.5 years. I have a new one now, Let's see how long it lasts.

Got this for my shark robot cleaner don’t know exactly how well these things last or how long seems like a really good actually since the equipment itself was somewhat pricey

I purchased warrantee for my portable vacuum for two years an extra buck won't hurt if its ever damaged or broken it'll be covered.

I bought a dee boy and after like 3 months it stopped chatty. Called geek squad and was told to bring into store and they swapped it out for a new one & I was allowed to purchase a new warranty

Love geek squad at the very least I’m guaranteed of no replacement at my cost for this term
