Love it - its a must have for all electronics, as they all break! But especially like Dyson or Roomba! They break a lot and are expensive,..

You have to get it even though my son as of today never messed it up and been with this a geek squad warranty plan with our bother major appliances

Purchased new pricey vacuum and 3 year extended warranty. Was told at time of purchase, April 2024, that the manufacturer warranty was 3 years and then the extended was for an additional 3 years. So there would be 6 years of coverage. Today was informed by Best Buy that the extended warranty we purchased ran concurrently with the manufacturer warranty-so we only have a 3 year warranty.The gentleman at Corporate said this to which I responded why, if its covered by manufacture warranty. His reply was "You get extra things". This is NOT what we have been told each time we would buy extended coverage on big items. We are sooo done with Best Buy. Bye -bye

Dyson trigger went out 2 years later, got store credit for full purchase amount and bought brand new Dyson vacuum.

You must have Geeksquad protection for your electronic think of it as insurance if something goes wrong they will repair or replace it

A great baseline model. Very effective at picking up cat hair and litter on hardwood.

We have not needed to use on our most recent purchase but have purchased similar warranties in the past and never had an issue when needed.

I haven't had to use this protection plan on my vacuum cleaner but if I ever do, I am confident I made the right decision by purchasing it.
