Coverage for certain items can be worth it, and it has saved me a couple of times

I have not used this service yet, so i don't have nothing to say.

Luckily I have not had to use my Geek Squad protection on my purchase. But from past experience I have used Geek Squad on other Best Buy purchases. I will never make a purchase without buying Geek Squad protection. The security and protection can’t be beat for the price. Geek Squad was very reliable and print and resolved my issue for another product.

After years of buying cheaper products, having to repurchase a vacuum every other year, i finally decided to give the dyson a try and see what the hype is about….. well it exceeded my expectations. I actually like vacuuming now. And, it picked up kore than my other vacuums ever did!! I hate i waited so long!!!!

The give good servise with the equipment i will recommend them again

I ALWAYS get the Geek Squad protection service on all of my devices because I know just the time that I don't have it, is when I will need it most. Get the service. I have needed to use it more than once and all of the employees are always so helpful and work so hard to fix whatever my problem is

[Employee of bestbuy] All I can tell you is that you should get the production when offered. The way companies cut corners on production; you never know when you need the back up. They are always there to help.

Great vacuum, only downside is it getting clogged somewhat frequently but its an easy fix. Otherwise the suction is extremly strong, to the point it lifted up some of my carpet that wasn't stapled down correctly lol

Best Buy is the only company lace I always get the geek squad warrenty. You don’t have to find your reicete or an old policy you can’t find. You make an appointment go see the geek guys and bam it’s either fixed or they credit your account for everything including the geek warrenty and you just go to the store and get a new one

Got a nice Shark vac and bought the 3-year Best Buy warranty- even though it comes with a 5yr from the manufacturer. After about a year and a half the unit just quit working, so we brought it back to BB and they just gave us a new unit- NO QUESTIONS ASKED! GREAT SERVICE!

Geek squad is the best thing in Best Buy’s purchases . So easy to get things fixed and exchanged . It’s like 5 star service .

I highly recommend purchasing the warranty every time you buy a Dyson product. I have been buying Dyson products for years and so far two out of the seven devices that I have purchased have giving me issue. however with the warranty you get your device replaced for a brand new one. The only catch is that you have to rebuy the warranty every time you use it but in my opinion it’s worth it especially since Dyson products are very expensive definitely Worth the money.
