For items that are super expensive, I always get the Geek Squad protection. If they can not fix a broken item, they promptly refund the purchase price so you can replace it. They are not the quickest, but they are reliable.

I am so thankful I purchased the extended warranty! Before the extended warranty was expired my handheld vacuum had an issue with the battery. I walked in. They looked up my warranty and said, "go grab a new one." I went to the shelf and grabbed a brand new vacuum and was able walk out with a brand new vacuum! I went ahead and purchased the extended warranty on the new one as well!

We used out protection we purchased to replace a Dyson that stopped working as intended. This was a super easy process and worth the money, in my opinion.

I usually purchase Geek Squad coverage for myself and loved ones. Why? Because I, the purchaser of both the product and coverage, get peace of mind for very little outlay. I had to use my coverage a few times and each of those times I received a new vacuum, cell phones, keyboard and all-in-one remote control because each of those items had failed. Of course I immediately bought a warranty on the new items and once again I had (and gave) peace of mind.

I purchased this protection package based on the Geek Squad brand. I trust that if there are issues, Geek Squad will honor them. I have not used this service for the purchased device yet.

Bought the V8 for my grandmother for Christmas….. (3 adults, 2 dogs, 1 cat) and she absolutely loves it. Amazing size! 5 1/2 pound weight and the 40 minute battery is perfect so she doesn’t “over do it”. Also bought the outsize for my home (2 adults, 3 children, 2 dogs) and it is absolutely amazing!…no complaints whatsoever on either vacuum!

My items were insured for 5 years, but broke down within three years. Replacements of took only a few minutes at the store at no cost thanks to my GSP.

Geek squad is Great. I never had any issue of returning or getting my Best Buy products fixed. The store on Butterfield in Downers Grove has the best Customer Service reps. They are very knowledgeable, polite, and extremely helpful

Cleans very deep and removes tough satins. The steam cleaner is a little loud but works very well.

This vacuum is awesome it cleaned my carpets better than they have been in a long time

Good product, this is the fifth Roomba I have bought. Two for myself and 3 as gits. Everyone happy with this product.

So I bought my Dyson V11 and it was great... until it wasn't. For some reason, it wouldn't turn on and go anymore so I did what I had to and grabbed all the attachments and dragged it to the store thinking I was going to have to buy a new vacuum until I remembered I bought the protection plan! I was able to get the newer V15 and a gift card for the difference which blew me away (newest model and $ in my pocket I will never complain) I will always recommend protecting the expensive items as BestBuy always takes care of you when you get the protection plan.
