I love their insurance, anytime something its wrong with my product its fixed right away.

I purchased this thinking the product would be covered for 2 years but it is only covered until you go to use the warranty. They told me they cannot fix it and would replace it at no charge which is great but the replacement is not covered by their warranty and I would need to spend another $90 for it to be covered. I was told it is more convenient to have the warranty with geek squad because I could go into the store for the replacement but they never even have the item in stock so it’s being mailed to my house.

Great peace of mind and don’t have to think about whether I want additional coverage for a particular product. They are all covered!

If you get a Vacuum def GET THIS WARRANTY!!! its literally the best and worth it!!!! Any issue they get me a new one or credit to buy another or upgrade one and pay the difference.

5 years of ADH coverage on the best vacuum, it's a no brainer! I like to think of this as for 5 years I have no issues to worry about, or surprise bills from products quit working.

Everyone should get the Geek Squad protection if you are buying anything from Best Buy. It’s amazing warranty and service

Im so glad I bought the protection plan just incase something goes wrong with my carpet cleaner I wont have to worry about repairs or replacement ,with the protection plan i'm covered.

Honestly, the plans are a tad pricey. But, also honestly? Outside of Otterbox, there isn't an easier, better protection plan in the tech game than this.

Always worth it, they make it so easy. Just take it right back if there are any issues and they’ll swap it right out.

Haven’t used this yet but glad we were able to get it just in case. It’s always good to have a protection program for an expensive product because you never know what could happen.
