    Won't replace now, new policy to send back to factory for repairs. 6 to 10 weeks wait and no promise problem will be fixed.

    Not impressed. My problem wasn't listened to. So when the machine got sent off, it came back with the same problem. Made me feel stupid.

    Sold to us when we really didn't need it. It's for three years which will expire before the five year warranty bt Shark is even up.

    Don't leave Best buy without it

    I told everyone I don't care what the item costs. Get the accidental coverage you never know. Then you're going to sit there. Complaining that Best buy didn't take your returned item or your damage item when it went past. It's it's return policy and it went past it's manufacturer recovery policy so don't blame Best buy buy the coverage by the coverage. This coverage will replace your item. If they don't have your item, they'll give you the money back that you spent for it and you can use it to buy an alternative. If you have a controller from PlayStation which we know they drift Best buy will cover it and you can get a new one. Vacuums that leak. Guess what? I had it for a year and it was covered on the Best buy and guess what? All three times I purchased a protection plan and was issued a refund of my full amount minus the protection plan amount and it paid for itself.

    They did a poor job installing the home theatre system and specially the fancy remote control - nothing but problems. Can never get through via phone.

    they would extend the existing support agreement. even told me best to just use the Hoover limited warranty
