    It's great to have my products covered, but a single use for an easy fix/replacement of a part shouldn't cost $70 for protection. The entire vacuum needs to be returned if an accessory breaks...

    I like the system, it just needs a water refill way too quickly. You are required to empty the dirty water and refill after EVERY room basically

    There was small off level tile spot in my kitchen. I was going back and forth a little slower than a vaccuum. When I went over it. the machine became much louder. Something happened underneath like more air is coming through some where. The roller stopped. The solution had plenty left and the fill tank was still almost empty. This is my first use. I had it shipped to another state where i was moving to. And it is past my return time by 10 days.
