This purchase for the geek squad has always come in handy! And they have been a lot of help!

I bought my hydrovac and the 3-year protection plan. A month later, my Shark hydrovac broke down. I went to Best Buy, and they replaced it but canceled my protection plan. Their argument was that it had already been used and that I need to buy another protection plan. A huge scam. No one should ever have to go through this

The geek squad warranty is awesome. One of the best warranties i know in stores!

I purchased this thinking the product would be covered for 2 years but it is only covered until you go to use the warranty. They told me they cannot fix it and would replace it at no charge which is great but the replacement is not covered by their warranty and I would need to spend another $90 for it to be covered. I was told it is more convenient to have the warranty with geek squad because I could go into the store for the replacement but they never even have the item in stock so it’s being mailed to my house.

It’s great that geek squad provides item protection, always useful and great service!
