always easy to work with they never feel like they are trying to help the business over the customer if that makes sense, every time iv had to exchange something they are quick to work with me and dont question you like you are lying like other company do if you try to return an item its the only reason i ever bother getting a protection plan cause i know its actually worth the money and hassle free

My Bissel Crosswave X7 lasted a little over a year. The motor began to fail. Thank goodness I opted for the Geek Squad 5 year warranty. I took my Bissel to my local Best Buy store and they were able to exchange it same day! What a great protection plan! Well worth the price and service.

Dyson is the best brand. Buy only dyson warranty. They give u full refund any issue with the product without giving hard time,

Purchased the Best Buy Geek Squad protection for our Dyson V10 after Dyson was having a several month delay in replacing the part within the year’s warranty timeframe. It was easy enough to bring the product in to Best Buy and do an even exchange since our product part died on us within a short 2 month window. Hoping that if a replacement is needed in the future the exchange process will be as simple with the Best Buy Geek Squad Protection.

Had to use my service and it came in handy with a robo vac that was no longer working. They gave me a full credit for the purchase price as a store credit which I was able to use for a replacement

this is such an important protection to purchase. You never know when your brand new product will go wrong., Even when I tripped and fell while taking pictures and cracked my glass screen on my camera it was covered under this warranty

I have not had to use this one but I purchased for my previous vacuum which was not available for replacement when it no longer held a charge. I was able to get a newer model for the price difference plus the purchase of this new warranty. The warranty paid for itself. I knew from my research that this was a common problem with rechargeable vacs so I knew I would need to use this warranty.

Better have it and not need it then not have it and need it!

Best decision I made was add insurance to my vacuum

It will protects my vacuum just in case something happens, I am glad I have it.

I had used so many different accident protection plans that just didn't work out in the past. Best Buy has made it extremely easy to use, even for purchases that were gifts for other people. I recommend making sure you have a log in to track your purchases, and keep an eye on when your protection expires. This has saved us more times than I care to admit from Roombas, to TVs, to appliances, computers, and watches. Having peace of mind has been great!

Why didn’t I buy this darn thing years ago, the vacuum is the best thing since sliced bread . Except for the battery life

Got this for my Dyson Aminal 11 Vacuum recently, so glad I did for the price of mind as I have had an issue with a previous version before (minor issue) and with this warranty it gets taken care of ASAP as most of the time you can exchanged if the issue can’t be fixed. I usually get geeks squad for any big purchase ticket item at beat buy becuase it’s worth it in the long run and its a decent price for the overall value of what you are getting.
